MY APPROACH.
You don’t need to know the theories—but...
If you like to know the why behind the how, this page is for you.
Here’s a look at the frameworks that guide my work, and how they show up in session with you. I use these approaches flexibly, so therapy feels less like a formula and more like a space that adapts to your needs, your nervous system, and your lived experience.
The Theories.

EFIT helps us get to the heart of emotional experiences—especially in the places where you’ve felt stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. It’s rooted in attachment science, which means we explore how you’ve learned to relate to yourself and others, and how those patterns can begin to shift toward connection and healing.
This is also the core method I use for processing trauma through experiential therapy. In session, this might look like tuning into what’s happening beneath the surface, working with emotion as a guide, and gently creating new experiences of safety and self-connection.

While EFFT is traditionally used in family therapy, I integrate it into individual work to support emotional healing. EFFT provides structure for helping clients move through stuck emotional patterns, especially those tied to caregiving dynamics, boundaries, or legacy burdens.
It's one more way we can reconnect with the parts of you that were never given space to speak.

Shame is often the silent force behind perfectionism, people-pleasing, or feeling “not enough.” I bring in tools from shame resilience work to help you notice those patterns, speak to them with kindness, and move toward a more compassionate inner world.
You won’t be asked to “just love yourself”—we’ll start where you are, and build from there.

You don’t need to mask or squeeze yourself into strategies that weren’t built for your brain. Whether you're Autistic, an ADHDer, or wondering if you are Neurodivergent, I bring a neurodiversity-affirming lens to everything we do. That means honoring your pacing, your processing style, and your sensory needs—without assuming one “right” way to be.
This isn’t just acceptance—it’s support that fits who you actually are.
Whether we’re sitting with hard emotions, reshaping old beliefs, or figuring out how to make life more livable—this is a space where your needs lead.
How It All Comes Together.
In session, these approaches blend into something that feels less like theory and more like care.
We go at your pace.
We build safety and trust.
We use what works and leave what doesn’t.
