BEGINNING THERAPY WITH ME.

Starting therapy can bring up a lot.

Whether you're nervous, curious, overwhelmed, or unsure—you're not alone.

Therapy is deeply personal, and it takes courage to reach out. This page is here to help you feel more grounded in what to expect when we work together.

Getting Started.

Reach out.

You can fill out the contact form to send me a message, or go ahead and book a free 15-minute consultation using the buttons below.

We’ll connect briefly.

In this short video consult, we’ll have a chance to talk, ask questions, and get a sense of whether it feels like the right fit—no pressure, just a gentle first step.

If It Feels Like a Good Fit…

I’ll send you secure intake forms and access to your Simple Practice client portal. This platform is where you’ll join sessions, receive reminders, and handle paperwork—all in one place.

The beginning of therapy is all about building safety—earning trust, creating connection, and allowing your nervous system to settle into a space where you don’t have to hide.

What Sessions Are Like

Each session is shaped by what you bring in that day, and the work is always compassionate and collaborative. Therapy with me is:

  • Focused on what’s most important for you in the moment, while still holding your long-term goals AND/OR deeper trauma work in mind.

  • A mix of conversation, reflection, and gently working through what’s coming up.

  • Grounded in BOTH deeper emotional work and real-life support—I often share resources or practical tools you can take into your day-to-day life.

It’s okay if you don’t always have the words. We’ll figure it out together, and we won’t rush the process—we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
