Therapy is a supportive space where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface—your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and pain. It’s a process of deepening self-understanding, healing past wounds, and learning how to show up more fully as yourself. I offer individual therapy that’s rooted in compassion, connection, and emotional safety—so you can stop performing and start feeling more like you again.

My fee is $200 for the first session, which includes assessment and diagnosis for insurance purposes. Ongoing sessions are $175 for 50 minutes.
While I am out-of-network with insurance, many clients successfully use their out-of-network benefits. I provide superbills you can submit for possible reimbursement, and I’m happy to walk you through the process if you have questions.

If you’ve ever felt like you have to shrink, perform, or hide who you are—therapy can help. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or just ready to stop pretending. If you’re curious about whether therapy is the right fit, a free consultation is a great place to start.

Therapy works best when you feel safe, seen, and supported by your therapist. It’s not a quick fix—but over time, it can help you build emotional resilience, shift patterns, and reconnect with yourself. I use approaches grounded in research and real-life compassion to help you experience meaningful, lasting change.

Our first session is about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and what support could look like moving forward. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out. I’ll guide the process and we’ll move at your pace.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long.
Everyone’s journey is different—some people come for a few months to work on a specific issue, while others stay longer for ongoing support. We’ll collaborate on what feels right for you, and check in regularly along the way.

We’ll meet by video, so you can see me and I can see you—just like an in-person session, but from the comfort of your own space. All you need is a private spot and a stable internet connection.
